SAT SOLUCIONES
Safety automation
From a validated warning to an action defined by procedure.
SAT Soluciones connects warning events with actions involving a facility's systems. Responses may include signaling, doors, valves or processes, always within the functions authorized for the project. Engineering links incoming information to a clear, supervised sequence that is compatible with the existing operation and the responsibilities of its teams.

The solution
Coordinate the facility's physical response
Different events require different responses. Each action needs defined enabling conditions, clear authorization and an agreed relationship with the safety interlocks, local controls and operating procedures already in place at the facility.
Integration scopeAutomation must respect existing safety interlocks and functions. Its scope requires engineering, customer authorization and validation at the facility.
How it works
Authorize, execute and verify each action
Agree on permitted actions
We review scenarios, priorities and restrictions with the facility's responsible teams. Each action is associated with activation conditions and identified operational owners.
Integrate and supervise
Control equipment and available interfaces execute the authorized actions. Return status is incorporated wherever the connected systems provide a suitable way to access it.
Validate before operation
Tests verify sequences, permissions and response states. Intervention and recovery procedures are also agreed with the personnel responsible for the systems being integrated.
Technology
A cause-and-effect matrix for the facility
The design identifies which event can request an action and which conditions must permit it. Commands integrate with local controls without assigning safety functions outside the system’s role.
- Enabling conditions
- Permissions, priorities and restrictions agreed for each door, valve or process included.
- Actuation interface
- Connection to compatible controllers or systems according to the functions they support.
- Available confirmation
- Return-state readings where an interface exists; a sent command is not a confirmed action.
Equipment that can support the solution
Final selection and configuration are defined through engineering. See the catalog for each model's characteristics.
Applications
What it brings to operations
- Actions tied to clear conditions
- Coordination with existing controls
- Sequences verified with the customer
Where it applies
Let's discuss your project
Describe the required actions, existing controls and restrictions so we can prepare the actuation matrix.
